Creating an academic environment to prepare graduates to address challenges and opportunities of the 21st century
Reach and Teach I
Program provides educational/health supports for low-middle income families in local communities throughout Wayne, Oakland and Washtenaw. Our mission is to reach the "under-served" during/after the effects of COVID-19, whom lack supports in home school learning (virtually) and to advocate for the basic living necessities families need to secure housing, COVID testing, and food assistance. Our Camp provides a scope for Mentoring, Academic Tutoring and Social time for students K-12.
Reach and Teach II
“Reach & Teach” is a Financial Planning Program for Young Girls & Women of Color. Vision Unfold, partners with individuals, families and professionals with complex finances and taxes to create a coordinated financial plan to help women & girls navigate their future. We provide coaching through financial literacy to include savings/loans and assist with strategic goal planning. Our program is guided by a mentoring approach to health & wellness.
College Preparation
College admission is one of the most significant milestones in a student’s life. Excellent preparation and informed support can make the greatest difference in realizing a student’s future aspirations. College Prep Workshops are designed to comprehensively prepare students for the college admissions process.
Community Service
It’s helpful to understand why learning to give back to others is vital for positive youth development and how parents, schools, and communities play an important role. With the right community service opportunities from kindergarten through high school, young people can grow from an understanding of how they fit into society to how they can help solve societal problems.
Financial Planning
Vision's financial literacy program specifically focuses on basic personal finance skills that are relevant to the lives of teens in Grades 8-12. We believe in teaching the knowledge and skills necessary for personal money management/financial freedom.
Mentorship and Leadership
The student leaders of today are the future business leaders of tomorrow. As leaders, Vision is committed to helping our students and adults by training and mentoring tomorrow’s leaders today.
